What is provide in the units?

How many people does each unit sleep?

Each unit sleeps a maximum of two people.

What are the check in/check out times?

All units are self checkin with the key in the door for your arrival. 3pm check in and 11am check out. There is a designated car park, with security lighting and cameras, signed Loch Lomond Hideaways Car Park.

How close to Loch Lomond are you?

We are in the National Park and just 10 minutes drive to either side of Loch Lomond. Read our guide of things to see and do in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs.

Are there local food places that deliver?

We have menus supplied in the rooms. See our local directory page for current recommendations.

Do you have a store?

We have an open store on site to pick up fresh milk, spare cutlery & crockery, and BBQ utensils. We also have items to buy using our honesty box (bring some change, or you can pay by bank transfer), additional fire logs, charcoal, soft drinks, crisps, chocolate etc.

HOW DO I PAY?

A deposit of 25% is taken at booking, by credit or debit card.  The balance will be taken around a month before your arrival date. It will automatically be charged to the card you used on booking (unless you contact us to pay by other means).

CAN I CHANGE A BOOKING?

You may request a change to your reservation at no cost up to four weeks before your arrival date. Changes requested between four weeks before and seven days before your arrival date may incur a small admin fee. Changes requested within seven days of your arrival may not be possible, but we do try to accommodate where we can.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Cancellations are allowed at no cost up to four weeks before your arrival date. Cancellations between four weeks before and seven days before your arrival date will incur a fee equal to your deposit, with the remainder of your payment refunded. Cancellations after that will not be refunded.
